Shufl Launches first dAPP on L1X
This week, Shufl released the Beta for a native LayerOneX NFT Launchpad and Marketplace. These platforms are the first third party applications to be released on the L1X chain, signifying a historic moment in the chains evolution.
The launchpad is a permission-less minting tool, which allows artists and creators to deploy NFT collections for the first time on L1X. The launchpad is designed to offer a no-code solution making it accessible for all creators to release on demand. When creating a collection, there are options to offer discounted WL prices to specific wallet addresses. Once a collection contract is deployed, it will immediately be available for minting via the launchpad. During the minting process, users will be able to see how many of the available NFTs have been minted in live time.

Once collections have been released, users are able to trade, explore and enjoy NFTs on the marketplace app, which also functions as NFT wallet and explorer. Collections created via our smart contracts will feature a standard 5% creator royalty fee on all secondary sales to ensure creators continue to be rewarded for their work. A standard platform fee of 3% applies on all primary and secondary sales via the platform. By connecting a L1X wallet to the marketplace, it can also function as a wallet, allowing users to view the NFTs they hold, the NFTs can be transferred to other addresses or listed for sale.
To commemorate the launch, Shufl released a limited number of punkX NFTs, the first collection on chain and paying homage to the iconic Crypto Punks NFTs which are often regarded as one the most iconic and influential collections of all time. The 1111 NFTs was minted out in less that twenty four hours and shows the excitement of the existing L1X community.
The platform is currently in Beta and will see numerous updates released in quick succession over the coming weeks and months as we expand the features available to both creators and collectors on L1X.
